There really is no one ideal first meeting place or time... the important thing is that we have the opportunity to meet, be able to listen to one another and talk... and have meaningful introductory dialogue that makes us want to know more about one another. given my real choice, the first date would be doing something that we feel is mutually fun, but we can't always figure out what that might be until we've met.... but i'm open to suggestions :)
have a couple of drinks to break the ice. Just talk and get to know one another in a relaxed stress free atmosphere. Then maybe take a walk and see where it goes from there.

Since we most likely won't know each other, I would feel more comfortable meeting for a drink. And then hopefully a drink will turn into a real date etc.....
Depents on where you are from, but we can visit a city. In Holland we like ice-skating. Or maybe we can meet on my trip to New York, and Washington D.C. in August or in Israel in the spring.
