I want to know what makes you laugh and I want to hear you laugh. A movie, a boat ride or some light physical activity, such as a walk on a nature trail, followed by dinner would make a good first date. Nothing too cheap and nothing too fancy on the first date

A great first date would be: Meeting you and feeling there is something so familiar about you. Liking how you smell. Lingering over dinner and coffee thinking I am talking to someone who seems smart, kind, and actually normal. A walk in the dark, my finger curled through your belt loop like it's home. Feeling more and more comfortable and familiar. Yet one more coffee, listening to you while studying your lips. Laughing together like the good old days, even though we haven't shared the good old days. You putting your coat over my shoulders without asking me, like you've done it before. Looking into your eyes and getting the feeling I can trust you because you wouldn't knowingly hurt anyone. Both of us knowing without saying so, that we will spend tomorrow together. Waking up the next day with the feeling that something has changed
